Choosing an electric vehicle mover starts with the vehicles and the route, not a list of optional features. Plan for use and charging
The published specification lists a 36V three-battery system, an external battery charger and a battery charge indicator. The forward/reverse speed range is 0–3 mph. These figures describe the equipment; they are not a promise of runtime or the number of moves per charge.
Tell the team how many moves you expect, their approximate distance and the time available for charging. A collector repositioning one display vehicle has a different usage pattern from a shop moving vehicles throughout the day. Ask for advice based on your actual workload.
Review operator features and the work area
Standard features include a safety stop switch, neutral throttle braking, adjustable acceleration/braking, LED lighting and a shock-assisted ride-on platform. These features do not replace operating instructions, operator training or a review of the work area. Lighting on the mover does not establish that a poorly lit route is suitable.
